I would like to point out that the price does not include breakfast. In the area there are bars that serve breakfast within 50 metres.
It is a recently renovated 85m2 first floor apartment consisting of two double bedrooms, a 6-door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a dresser, and two 1.5m2 bathrooms with balconies and sea views. Hot/cold air conditioning is available. The two bedrooms are separated by a large bathroom with towels and a washing machine. At the end of the corridor, a small service bathroom is available. The new kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, pots and pans, and there is a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and oven. The living room has a 4/6-seater table and a corner sofa bed.
TV and balcony overlooking the garden and outdoor table and 4 chairs, furthermore the apartment has a reserved parking space.
Prices for October and November are 100 euros + VAT per night.
Rates in December and the holiday period until January 6th and Easter period are 125 euros + VAT per night.
Prices in June and September are 140 + VAT per night.
Prices in July and August are 150 + VAT per night.

Reservations of at least one week are preferable
The price does not include breakfast, which can be enjoyed in local bars or made directly at home by the guest. Near the house there are bars, mini markets, hairdressers, post office, beaches, and the seafront.
