Good morning, I’ve attached photos of the apartment. It’s over 60 square meters and is located on the sixth and top floor.
In the heart of the city, located 30 meters from the sea, below the house there is a supermarket, pharmacy, everything you need.
It includes a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Recently renovated, it has new air conditioning and TVs. It is located at No. 9, Olmata Street.
As for the seasons, we ask for around 700 in September, 600 in October, 550 in November, 550 in December, 600 in January, 900 in February, 1000 in March, 1100 in April, 600 in May, 900 in June, 1000 in July, 1100 in August.
There are 4 beds useful for two families, check in takes place in the afternoon and check out in the morning, it offers towels, soap, shampoo and cleaning every week upon arrival.
