This two-room apartment sleeps five and is located in the municipality of Santa Flavia, in the province of Palermo, Sicily. It is located on Via Luigi Pirandello 39, on the first floor (no elevator). It is just steps from the sea and numerous kiosks and restaurants, and is conveniently located near a paid playground, a supermarket, and a large free parking area.

Private or group tours are available, including excursions to the Phoenician-era citadel of Solunto and the villas of nearby Bagheria, which must be booked on-site.

Easily accessible by car from Palermo, Messina, or Catania or by public transport (train/bus).

Description: Entrance/living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, double bedroom with pouf/bed, wardrobe and dresser, bathroom with shower and private balcony. The living room/kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, and a table with 6 chairs. The following are also provided:

– double/single bed sheet and blanket set

– set of tablecloths for each guest

– plates/glasses/cutlery/mugs for each guest
